Two decades after witnessing a brutal massacre in the town of Ghost Rock, a mysterious martial artist (Michael Worth, who also scripted) returns to find it under the thumb of the vicious outlaw (Gary Busey) who was responsible for the killings. Now, he must team up with a sexy gunslinger (Jenya Lano) to bring the bandit to justice and restore order to the town.
