In this reworking of the 1971 British cult fave, Sylvester Stallone is Jack Carter, a Las Vegas gang enforcer who returns to his Seattle home after his straight-arrow brother dies in a car accident. Carter suspects foul play and soon discovers criminal activity connected to the bar his brother worked at.
