Quite independent but not very happy Jenny and her two daughters Samantha and Kat live in the very heart of the American South. She has a good-natured boy-friend Tommy and a never-do-well husband Henry (James Brolin) who turns up for his daughter's wedding with a new girlfriend. The morals and manners of the American countryside shown in the film are simple and sincere as the country music playing in the background. We would like to draw your attention to Pamela Gidley, who was most charming as Samantha, one of the daughters. 88 min.
