The action takes place in Morocco, Mexico and Japan, and the starting point of the plot is a tragedy that married couple Richard and Susan go through during their tourists' trip to Morocco. Susan becomes a victim of a stray bullet fired from the rifle shooting the tourists' bus by two local boys. At the same time Richard and Susan's two kids go with their nanny to Mexico to the wedding of her son and this trip turns out to be not the easiest one. And finally, in Tokyo there's a student Chieko who suffers her deaf mother's suicide; she acts glaringly, starts a fight with her father and vents her rage upon everybody surrounding her... 143 min.
