Police partners Allen and Johnny get a call about a robbery taking place at an art gallery where the ancient 'Sword of Honor' is kept. They arrive in time to catch the criminal, but in the following skirmish, Allen (who's about to retire that day) is killed. Swearing to avenge his partner, Johnny begins chasing the guilty in his partner's death and wants to bring back the stolen sword.
