Amsterdam slackers Hugo and Goof make their living by seducing, then ripping off, female tourists, taking a page from each "conquest's" passport as a souvenir to be used in the pair's imaginary around-the-world trip. Their cozy set-up, however, is threatened when Goof becomes smitten with Russian visitor Lara and tries to help her return to her Siberian homeland.
